Enterprise 7 Award Women Business Owner of the Year

Anchor Water Damage & Restoration has been a leader in the water damage restoration industry in Salt Lake City since 2000. As a result, owner Kris Rudarmel was recently awarded with the Enterprise 7 Award “Women Business Owner of the Year” by the Enterprise Business Journal. Honored to accept the award, Kris spoke about how hard she and Frank have worked to make a difference in people’s lives.

Getting to know their clients is important to Kris and Frank. Loving what they do, Kris says, “we truly care about our clients, they aren’t just a number to us.” Kris had a dream to create an experience for her clients that was about more than just carpet cleaning and water damage clean-up. Motivational magnets and inspirational quotes given to clients are just one way in which Kris shows she cares, as well as handmade thank you gift bags. Frank and Kris are proud to have created a company with trust, character, competency, dedication, as well as passion.

Kris describes Anchor Restoration as a customer service company first, and a service company second. “It is the relationship, the reputation, the experience, the education, the way we serve them and how we back up our guarantee that make our clients loyal,” believes Kris.
