The customer called us because an office building flooded due to a broken water line on the 3rd floor. The water spread to all three floors including the ceilings, carpeted office areas and stairwells. Our team extracted the water, set drying equipment for three days then conducted moisture testing to ensure the areas were fully dry. The client was so grateful to be able to return to work so quickly after the flood.
