Why did the customer contact us?

The client, Anna, called us Anna was ready to have shower/tile torn out. The shower was only a couple of years old. This is a vacation home in Park City - it doesn't get a lot of use.

Anna called us because a plumber told her she had a shower pan leak but she wanted a 2nd opinion and to make sure there was no additional bathroom water damage. Frank from Achor Restoration thought it looked like it was not the pan leaking it was a drain/pipe issue.

We referred her to a different plumber for her 2nd opinion which agreed pipe/drain leaking and that she did not need to replace the shower.

The homeowner told Frank how grateful she was for his opinion, especially since it saved her thousands of dollars in repairs and rebuild costs.
