Customer had sewage back up in their store (the next door neighbors flushing Clorox wipes down the toilet). She called them because she needed help asap. Before even telling her what was wrong, they said they had a cleanup company coming already, and they’d have to cut the bottom 3 feet of drywall out, plus repairs, rooter etc they were absolutely trying to rip her off (customers words).

She got another company that did the rooter for 1/3rd of what they quoted, and Anchor came out cleaned up, discovered no drywall had to be removed, we disinfected/sanitized and dried out with air movers.
