Why did the customer contact us?

Client called concerned with a mold problem. The mold could be visibly seen growing on lower wall and baseboards/trim. The moisture issue was caused from a leaky foundation. She had the foundation repaired and then the mold abatement was started. A containment unit was set up around the contaminated area. A negative air circulation and air scrubber were set up in the work area. Contaminated sheetrock/baseboard and insulation were removed along with nails/screws and trim. All exposed horizontal surfaces were HEPA vacuumed twice. All of the non-porous surfaces were decontaminated. The HEPA air scrubber was ran for 24 hours. All of the hard surfaces, including walls, were wiped down.
