Comment: We had a minor flood in our upstairs bathroom, that we noticed dripped into our garage a little. We wanted to just make sure that there was no serious damage. We took a recommendation from a neighbor and had a company come give us an opinion. They recommended replacing linoleum, carpet, part of the garage ceiling, etc. The estimate was $8000. It seemed a bit extreme, so I looked online and found that Anchor had good reviews. Frank came, checked everything with his tools, and let us know that everything was dry, there was no damage, and all we needed to do was have someone put the carpet back down that we had lifted up where wet. We will recommend Frank to anyone, we are so grateful for his honestly, and since he cleans carpets, we will now be using him whenever we need carpets cleaned. Highly recommend!!
