- Comment: I was in a crisis, after getting a positive mold test done by a different company. It was recommended to have mold abatement done. It was also recommended to have our bathroom torn out and replaced. I was given 2 different contractors who luckily didn't call me back. I reach out to Frank (Owner) to come give me an estimate and if he would be willing to demo the bathroom down to the studs. Frank was came and show me that I didn't have a mold problem. I was being taken advantage of. The mold counts we had were similar to out counts and where the testing company were testing was almost assuredly would yield a positive result. We pulled back some molding and sampled some drywall and no mold. Super grateful to find a honest business. In years past Frank helped me with my basement which flooded due to a back sprinkler valve. Will be recommending anchor water damage & restoration to everyone!
