Comment: We had mold in an adjacent room which we had remediated but another company. This second room is a custom closet which we wanted checked by a really reputable company. Frank (the owner) inspected the area and came back with great news-we only had one spot of mold which he said could be left to dry.
Total charge for the visit-free. I insisted on paying him otherwise he wouldn't have charged us anything. In this day and age that is a rarity.
