Comment: I can not recommend Anchor enough. This winter, the condo I manage in Park City had burst a pipe in the upstairs bathroom, leaking water through the floor and ceiling into the lower floor bathroom for days before I had returned home and seen it. Being that this is a condo I rent out, I was anxious to get this fixed to get our next guest in, and Anchor Restoration saved the day! Frank and Mikell came up the very next morning, assessed the damage, gave me an estimate, and began working right away. They kept me informed step by step and I felt like they truly wanted to help me, rather than make a buck or upsell me. The invoice came promptly and all in all, Anchor Water Damage & Restoration made a very unpleasant situation quick and painless!
