Comment: Called Anchor for a basement flood. Frank responded quickly, and patiently explained our options and the process for each. He was able to get started right away, so we didn't have to wait with sitting water. The estimate was accurate and reasonable - no hidden fees or surprise add-ons once the job was done. Additionally, Frank's expertise in cutting our carpet allowed the padding to be replaced seamlessly. The carpet company commented on the precise cuts and how that made it easier for them to do invisible repairs. As another rater said, I hope I never have another flood, but if I do, I'll call Anchor and will certainly recommend them to others.
