Comment: The owner, Frank, came out within 45 minutes of my call. He did an inspection inside the house and in my crawl space, determined there to be no lasting water damage, advised me to rent some air movers myself so he wouldn't have to charge me for him to place and remove his, and went on his merry way. Of course, getting good news helped me to feel positively about the service--but the fact that he neither tried to tell me there was damage for Anchor to repair nor tried to pressure me to use his equipment says a lot about the integrity of the company. Other companies try to scare you into expensive repairs with the threat of mold and hidden damage, and he didn't do that. Very impressed.
