- Comment: We are so grateful we found Frank with Anchor! We had a leak in our Master Shower bathroom, which a plumber said was coming from the shower pan & they would need to fix it & re tile. Before starting the work, we wanted to make sure there was no moisture behind the walls so we contacted Anchor Water Damage & Restoration to inspect that. After checking for moisture, Frank found none & even went further to say we should get a second opinion because he didn\'t feel the leak was coming from the shower pan. He was able to connect us with a wonderful plumber who indeed confirmed that the leak was not in the shower pan but instead determined there was no teflon tape on the shower arm. Here we were going to rip out our bathroom & it wouldn\'t have even fixed the problem. Thank goodness we found this company & Frank! We couldn\'t recommend him enough! Very knowledgeable & extremely honest!
