I received a phone call from my renters on Thanksgiving weekend, letting me know that the toilet had overrun and it had flooded the entire basement. Not only that, but I was out of town. I called Anchor Restoration. Frank immediately drove across town to my rental house. So while I was having a good time on my trip, he was hauling wet carpets out of my basement, sucking up water, tearing out baseboards and setting up drying fans. And being a holiday weekend, I felt rather guilty about having fun while he was dealing with my problem. But hey, there was nothing I could do about it anyway, so once I had called your company, I was able to relax because I knew you were taking care my house and my renters. You guys are awesome!
