Our Method
Step 1
A certified Mold Technician assesses the extent of the mold contamination.
Step 2
Using sealed barriers, a containment zone is established. Air scrubbers are placed within the containment zone to create a negative air environment. These containment precautions ensure that mold spores are contained and unable to contaminate additional areas.
Step 3
Any contaminated material will be removed and disposed of. A professional grade antimicrobial agent is applied to non-affected areas. All exposed surfaces are cleaned and decontaminated. Any affected structure is sealed as an additional precaution to prevent future mold growth.
Step 4
Air Scrubbers continue to run for a minimum of 1 day, to remove any remaining mold spores in the air and area. When it is deemed that mold spore counts are within healthy levels the containment area is taken down, and the air scrubber is removed.
